How we send your LottyB order....

Your order will be sent by . As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive an email from with the consignment tracking details.

Within the US, shipping charges are US$10.00. For the rest of the world, shipping charges are US$30.00

Returns / Exchanges

What to do....

If by any chance you are not completely happy with your product, we will give you an exchange or refund if the goods are returned to us within 20 days from the date of dispatch. All items should be unworn, unwashed, with labels intact and in a saleable condition.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the goods are incorrect or faulty. Regrettably Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless incorrect or faulty.
